One of our favorite breakfast spots (and one of Manhattan’s best) is Kitchenette located at 1272 Amsterdam Ave. For fine dining the latest addition to the neighborhood is Chez Lucienne a classic French Bistro on Malcom X Blvd. just off of 125th street. Vegetarians have the option of Uptown Juice Bar a distinctly Harlem Vegan restaurant. For Soul Food Amy Ruth’s located a short walk from our location on 116th street near Malcom X Blvd. For a taste of Senegal don’t miss African Kine on 116th street and Frederick Douglass Blvd.
