Apologies in advance.
The Harlem Flophouse is not air conditioned. There is a fan in every room. The house was designed and built in 1890 prior to the advent of modern air conditioning. Each rooms has two windows and it drafts pretty nicely. There is also a 50M free swimming pool a two minute walk from the house in Marcus Garvey park. FOR ME I find it perfectly fine. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND IT HOWEVER FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE AIR CONDITIONING DEPENDENT.
